All Decal Depot products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of errors or defects.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Incorrect decal selection by customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Installation errors

  • Normal wear or surface issues

Please review product details carefully before ordering.


Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your decal arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Include your order number

Approved claims will receive:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, at our discretion


Installation Disclaimer

Decal Depot is not responsible for improper installation, surface incompatibility, or application errors.


Lost Packages

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost.

We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production starts

  • Immediate requests may be accommodated at our discretion
